Job summary

Arbor Day Foundation is seeking an AM Dining Room Server for Lied Lodge in Nebraska City, NE. This seasonal role supports weddings, conferences, and events, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You’ll work weekends, 7AM-3PM, report to the Restaurant Manager, and collaborate across Timbers and Culinary teams to create memorable guest experiences rooted in the Foundation’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Customer-service oriented with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining room.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dining room service in a seasonal setting.
• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver items accurately.
• Collaborate with Timbers and Culinary teams to ensure smooth service.

Your Support System

• You’ll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Timbers and Culinary.

How We Work

• Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska – Arbor Day Farm Campus
• Schedule: Weekend Avaiilability; 7AM-3PM
