Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking energetic Server Assistants/Food Runners to join for the season. The role supports service staff across our six dining venues, handling secondary service duties and ensuring smooth dining operations.

We offer part‑time and full‑time hours with lunch and dinner shifts; candidates must be flexible on weekends and holidays. Drug‑free workplace with pre‑employment screen and EOE.

Qualifications

• Excellent service orientation.
• Strong communication and service skills.
• Experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
• Wipe table tops and chairs with damp cloth.
• Replace soiled table linens, and set tables with silverware and glassware.
• Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
• Serve ice water, bread, and butter to patrons.
• Clean and polish glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns, cream, and milk dispensers.
• Make coffee and fill fruit juice dispensers.
• Sweep and mop service carpets and floors when needed during business hours.
• Other duties may be assigned by manager.

The server assistant is an exciting entry-level opportunity, responsible for all facets of secondary service, supporting the service staff, and maintaining the overall dining venues.
