Job summary

Chick-fil-A Stone Mountain is hiring a part-time Dining Room Host to create a welcoming, hospitable environment. You will engage guests, help with dining room flow, and support the Front of House team to ensure a smooth service during lunch, afternoon, and dinner peaks.

You’ll maintain a clean, organized space, restock supplies, assist guests with trays or high chairs, and leave a positive final impression as guests depart.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong hospitality mindset and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with Front of House and Kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in the dining room with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Conduct table touch in to ensure guests have everything they need - especially during lunch, afternoon, and dinner peak times.
• Refill beverages, sauces, napkins, and other dining room essentials when needed
• Assist guests with trays, high chars, or additional requests
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest needs or concerns
• Thank guests as they leave and create a positive final impression
