Chick-fil-A Balm Road is seeking a friendly Dining Room Host to welcome guests and maintain a clean, inviting dining environment. The role emphasizes proactive guest service, table maintenance, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates must be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends and lift up to 25 lbs. This is a part-time position with potential for full-time opportunities within a supportive team.

• Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Conduct periodic table touches to check on guests within 2 minutes of receiving food.
• Proactively offer refills and clear trays from tables.
• Monitor table markers to ensure timely food delivery.
• Assist guests at the counter with refreshments and needs.
• Identify guest issues and escalate to Manager on Duty if needed.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and sanitize restrooms hourly.
• Inspect and keep condiment stations stocked and organized.
• Perform closing tasks: restock condiment bar and tidy Kids Korner.
• Close down patio and lock up after final shift end.
