Dining Room Hosts play an important part in delivering a safe and refreshing dining experience, ensuring every guest feels cared for while enjoying signature Chick-fil-A service.

Responsibilities

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
• Proactively check in with guests and offer assistance (refills, tray removal, etc.)
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently
• Sweep and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Monitor and clean restrooms regularly
• Take out trash and maintain waste areas
• Assist guests with their needs and create a positive dine‑in experience
