Job summary

Gilley’s in Park City, KS is seeking a motivated Bus Person to maintain clean tables and dining areas while supporting Food Servers. You’ll stock tableware, reset tables, and assist guests with a cheerful, helpful approach.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth service flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supplies dining room and tables with clean plates, silverware, glassware and condiments.
• Removes dirty dishes, cleans tables and counters, and transports soiled items.
• Cleans and sanitizes chairs and booth cushions; resets tables.
• Refills water and coffee; replenishes items used in dining area.
• Maintains a clean and stocked workstation and observes for anomalies.
• Builds guest relations and handles routine complaints professionally.
