Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. in Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring a Full-Time Food Service Attendant to take and deliver meals, assist in dining room and catering set up, and provide friendly resident service.

You will log meal counts and supplies, maintain sanitation standards, and help ensure accurate dishware and temperatures. Shifts are 6:00am-2:30pm or 11:30am-8:00pm, every other weekend and holiday required, with pay at $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Serving and/or kitchen/food experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders in meal service.
• Assists in dining room/catering set up.
• Exhibits positive customer service by engaging with residents/customers and becoming familiar with their preferences.
• Completes entry into all log sheets as required i.e. meal counts, dishwasher temperature, etc.
• Records and stocks supplies in service areas as needed.
• Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.
