Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; four years' dining experience required, with at least two years in supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or related field acceptable in lieu of two years supervisory experience.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes shift; ensures outlet is prepared and assets secured.
• Schedules staff and tracks attendance to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitors budget to optimize labor and resources.
• Monitors guest service and food ratings; suggests improvements.
• Resolves guest concerns to maintain positive relations.
• Inspects daily operations for safety and equipment function.
• Attends and contributes to meetings; follows up on action items.
• Performs duties as assigned and maintains consistent performance.
