With a salary of $90,000 to $95,000 and a pay grade of 14, this full-time role requires a bachelor's or associate degree and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong written, verbal, and quantitative communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to support business changes.
• High integrity and ethical standards; customer service oriented.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching abilities.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs and maintains client relations.
• Ensures client and customer satisfaction and cost-effective management.
• Promotes professional growth and development of associates.
• Coordinates tasks of Supervisory and Management teams via regular communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
