CCL Hospitality Group in Los Angeles seeks an operations coordinator to support ideal workflow and exceptional service in a dynamic environment. You will establish standards, direct safety and sanitation programs, and work closely with clients and staff to ensure satisfaction and cost efficiency.

A bachelor’s or associate’s degree and 1–3 years of experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, initiative for quality and customer service.
• Excellent stress management, administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication with management, guests and staff.
• Proficient in Windows-based Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Establish and review standards and work procedures for staff.
• Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs; maintain client relations.
• Ensure client and customer satisfaction and cost-effective management.
• Promote professional growth of associates.
• Coordinate tasks of Supervisory and Management teams via regular communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
