Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of experience in a restaurant business.
• One to two years of supervisory experience.
• Bi-lingual and knowledge of Japanese Cuisine, preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail a must.

Responsibilities

• Sell our menus to Guests and provide OMOTENASHI service at all times.
• Meet or exceed sales goals as set by Management.
• Know menus completely and convey this to Guests and staff.
• Provide guidance on sales tactics regarding food and beverages.
• Maintain HACCP program and health code compliance.
• Ensure dining room guests are satisfied and cost controls are reasonable.
• Communicate with the team and management; assist in cost containment.
