Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages day-to-day operations within identified dining concepts.
• Helps hire, train, and manage food service workers; sets employee goals and assesses performance.
• Ensures fiscal controls within dining concepts.
• Coordinates with culinary team to implement menus and food standards.
• Ensures labeling, allergen containment, and national brand standard compliance.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards for a safe work environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
