Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of food service experience, with at least two years in a managerial role with direct reports.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day operations in a dining venue and assist with hiring and training staff.
• Ensure fiscal controls and adherence to menus and food quality standards.
• Collaborate with culinary team to implement menus and uphold standards.
• Ensure labeling, allergen containment, sanitation, and safety requirements are met.
• Enforce departmental policies and procedures and supervise hourly staff.
