Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pickup, and special requests.
• Ensure employees are adequately trained and units are properly staffed to provide service.
• Oversee the Dining on Call service operations and staff training and orientation.
• Coordinate with Nutrition Operators to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Monitor tray completion, delivery, and retrieval processes daily and address patient needs promptly.
