You will plan, direct and supervise staff, ensure quality service and compliance with budgetary guidelines, while fostering a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating inter-department communication, participating in hiring, training and performance management, and upholding licensure standards and survey

Qualifications

• Proficient in using a computer, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills required.
• Effective and professional verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing and directing functions within the Dining and Nutritional Services Department.
• Demonstrates supervisory skills with fair corrective actions.
• Establishes inter-departmental communication to ensure positive working relationships.
