Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager or equivalent in Hospitality/Food Service.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes and directs Dining and Nutritional Services functions.
• Supervises staff with fair corrective actions.
• Maintains inter-departmental communication for positive working relationships.
• Assists with annual dining center budget preparation and adherence to budget.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Maintains staffing levels per budget and participates in hiring.
