Job summary

Oak Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center LLC seeks an experienced Dietary Director to lead our dietary services, planning meals, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality nutritional care for residents.

This role collaborates with nursing and clinical teams, ensures compliance with regulations, maintains sanitation and controls costs while upholding a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dietary Director or in food service management (healthcare or long-term care preferred)
• Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage staff and maintain compliance
• ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
