• Plan, develop, organize and direct Dining and Nutritional Services.
• Supervise staff and enforce fair corrective actions.
• Prepare annual budget for dining and nutritional services.
• Maintain supplies and equipment aligned with budget.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Serve as liaison between department and patients.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of staff.
