Job summary

Oak View Home in Georgia is seeking a Dining and Nutritional Services Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborate with clinical teams to plan patient meals.

This full-time role offers starting pay of $30.75–$37.50 per hour with weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), a 401(k) with match, PTO, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager or Associates Degree or higher in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or Culinary.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; valid food safety certification.
• Experience in dining and nutritional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes and directs Dining and Nutritional Services operations.
• Maintains budgeting, staffing, and scheduling for the department.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and quality standards.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and hospital staff.
• Oversees training and development of dining staff.
