Gordon Health & Rehab – Calhoun, GA is hiring a Dining and Nutritional Services Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our on-site dining program. You will assist in planning, directing functions, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure quality care in a mission-driven environment.

The role requires strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent organization and communication, and a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in dining and nutritional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and directing dining operations.
• Demonstrates supervisory skills and fair corrective actions.
• Maintains effective inter-department communication.
• Assist with budgets and equipment/supplies management.
• Participate in hiring and staff training.
