Job summary

Senior Lifestyle at Hershey's Mill is seeking friendly food service staff to provide quick, courteous dining service to residents and guests. You will take orders, deliver meals, buss, reset tables and help keep dining areas clean and compliant with health codes.

No experience required, but previous food service is a plus; Serv Safe or state certification is preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive, professional demeanor.

• Serv Safe or equivalent state certification required or preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and communicate food orders to kitchen, deliver meals to residents or guests promptly.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas and service stations per policies.
• Assist with tray service, bussing, and resetting tables as needed.
• Attend required trainings and maintain safety and health standards.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely room service and resident satisfaction.
