Qualifications

• No experience required, but previous Food Service experience is a plus.
• Serv Safe or other required local, county or state certifications.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and often.
• Pride in quality and presentation of food and cleanliness of kitchen/dining areas.
• Patience and effective communication with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents/guests promptly.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Buss and reset tables per company standards.
• Complete assigned side work and check out with the Manager at shift end.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely room service per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; comply with health codes and hygiene policy.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings; participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, visitors and co-workers.
