Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking a Part-Time Team Member in a dining environment to assist servers with service of food and beverages and to maintain a neat and welcoming dining room and guest service area.

This position requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and a schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. Perks include free admission and parking to Hersheypark and discounts on food & shopping.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Effective communication with co-workers and staff.
• Must present a clean and appropriate image.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist servers with the service of food and beverages.
• Pour coffee and water for guests.
• Assist servers restocking all dining and service areas, cleaning and resetting tables.
• Ensure that condiments are amply supplied on the guest table prior to the guests taking their seats.
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning sheets.
• Forwarding any guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
