Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Dining Host to welcome guests, seat them, and coordinate with servers and managers to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will help manage the dining room and bar area, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and support opening, mid-day, or closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and customer service.
• Teamwork is essential for service flow.
• Food Handlers Certification is required where applicable.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat dining guests and communicate with servers and managers.
• Perform table management and keep the waitlist updated.
• Seat guests or hand off to another host as needed.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the dining area.
• Communicate with servers and guests to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist with opening, mid-day, or closing duties when required.
