Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset and ability to deliver friendly service.
• Teamwork is essential in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Food Handlers Certification required where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, teammates and guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and greet dining Guests and gather visit details.
• Perform table management and manage waitlist.
• Seat Guests or hand off to another host.
• Communicate with servers and guests to ensure a seamless experience.
• Thank Guests and invite return; perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.
