Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for a campus dining role in Providence, RI. The position runs from September 21, 2026 to December 18, 2026, with a 4:00 PM–8:15 PM shift. You will join a passionate culinary team, delivering warm hospitality, fast service, and a top-notch dining experience to students and staff daily.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in serving and dining services and can stand for long periods. The role offers a part-time schedule and opportunities to develop frontline hospitality

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Service & Setup: Serve prepared foods, assemble or reset active dining stations, and keep stations fully stocked with supplies and dishware.
• Culinary Assistance: Support the core culinary team with basic food preparation to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Venue Care & Sanitation: Wash dishes, pots, and pans, and maintain spotless dining spaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and floors.
• Safety Standards: Follow all departmental guidelines for personal hygiene, kitchen safety, and food sanitation.

• Vibe Conductor: Own the front-of-house energy, welcoming everyone with warmth, sharp service, and unbeatable positivity.
• Rush Specialist: Champion the peak-hour hustle by keeping food stations fully stocked, lightning-fast, and operating at peak performance.
• Freshness Guard: Take pride in a spotless, sharp, and inviting space, ensuring the dining hall always looks and feels top-notch.

salary: $18 - $18.91 per hour

work hours: 4 PM - 8:15 PM

Responsibilities
