Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an entry-level Flavor Host for our Providence campus dining team. You will deliver friendly service, set up dining stations, and keep the dining area stocked and inviting for thousands of students and staff.

This role requires a High School education and supports the 8:00 AM–2:30 PM shift, standing for extended periods. The hourly pay starts at $18 and may increase with experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Service & Setup: Serve prepared foods, assemble or reset active dining stations, and keep stations stocked.
• Culinary Assistance: Support core culinary team with basic food prep.
• Venue Care & Sanitation: Wash dishes and keep dining spaces clean.
• Safety Standards: Follow hygiene and kitchen safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Service & Setup: Serve prepared foods, assemble or reset active dining stations, and keep stations fully stocked with supplies and dishware.
• Culinary Assistance: Support the core culinary team with basic food preparation to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Venue Care & Sanitation: Wash dishes, pots, and pans, and maintain spotless dining spaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and floors.
• Safety Standards: Follow all departmental guidelines for personal hygiene, kitchen safety, and food sanitation.
