• Operate card-reading equipment and report suspicious behavior to management.
• Buss tables, remove dirty dishes, and assist with keeping the dining area clean.
• Refill napkin holders, salt, and pepper shakers; arrange table talkers; tidy chairs.
• Handle other tasks to maintain a clean dining environment.
