Qualifications

• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
• Ability to move around the cafe to attend to guests.
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room for service and set up serving lines and garnishes.
• Take temperatures to ensure food safety per HACCP guidelines.
• Set up and maintain bars, tables, and service areas.
• Lead service associates and train them on required tasks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and sanitation.
• Assist with inventory, events, and loading/unloading supplies.
• Assist with dishwashing and cleanup processes.
• Support large functions and special events as needed.
