Job summary

Paradies Lagardere is seeking a Finance Manager - Dining to lead Financial Planning & Analysis for the Dining Division. You will partner with Dining management and field teams to capture and report results, focusing on P&L elements and cost controls.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, monthly close support, KPI reporting, and ad hoc analyses to drive performance and accuracy across multi-unit dining operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-unit business; restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience with TM1, SAP, Power BI, and AI modeling skills.
• 3-8 years' experience in reporting and/or financial analysis.
• MBA, CPA or similar professional designation preferred.
• Accounting/GAAP knowledge.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial statements and partner with Accounting during close cycle for accuracy.
• Lead development of annual budgets and interim reforecasts.
• Serve as financial partner for Regional VP of Operations.
• Analyze weekly/monthly results and coordinate with field teams to resolve gaps.
• Identify opportunities by comparing actuals to plans/forecasts.
• Improve financial performance by tracking improvement plans and variances.
• Support monthly reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and generate management reports.
• Produce monthly KPI reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with food management and inventory cost reporting.
• Assist in airport RFPs for new business.
