Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the Dining Facilities on Base, including supervision, scheduling, staffing, and quality control to meet contractual requirements.

The role involves equipment selection, purchasing of food and supplies, and ensuring HACCP and safety rules are followed during food preparation and service. Weekend and peak-period support are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and ServSafe Manager certification preferred or obtainable within six months.
• Prior management experience in a cafeteria or multi-food service facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP practices is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ServiceSource employees, including direction, counseling, and scheduling.
• Conduct safety and food service training and maintain records.
• Oversee cash handling and accounting for meals served.
• Ensure compliance with Sodexo and Marine Corps appearance and conduct standards.
• Oversee purchasing, receiving, sorting, issuing, and inspection of foods; monitor HACCP controls.
