Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a host(ess) or similar in high-end venues.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to seats, and take dining orders when necessary.
• Provide beverage service and support service staff to ensure a seamless experience.
• Prepare dining rooms and back of house for service, maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate with service, management, and culinary teams about flow and guest needs.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies following club procedures and health rules.
• Operate as a team, address guest requests with management and coworkers.
• Be knowledgeable about onsite events and city activities; maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards; be positive, enthusiastic, and respectful.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
