Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Dimensional Metrology Inspector to perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of precision components. You will use calipers, micrometers, height gages, and dial indicators to verify features and interpret blueprints and GD&T.

You’ll operate CMM equipment to validate dimensions and support ISO 9001 audits, documenting results and nonconformances. Ideal candidates have 1+ year quality inspection experience, strong measurement skills, and familiarity

Day-in-the-life: Dimensional Metrology InspectorPicture your day starting at a spotless inspection cell. You verify your gages are calibrated, review the traveler and blueprint, then run a first article on a newly machined part. Micrometers and height gages confirm key features, and a CMM program validates critical dimensions and GD&T callouts. You capture results, flag any nonconformances, and huddle with the machinist and engineer to close the loop.
