Qualifications

• Ability to frequently move 35 pounds and work indoors/outdoors in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fabricate, and assemble major jigs and fixtures with tight tolerances.
• Set up and operate optical instruments to check alignment of assemblies.
• Develop holding devices and jig/fixture details for production.
• Prepare shop drawings covering fabrication and assembly to be performed by others.
• Monitor and verify quality per SPC or other procedures.
