Responsibilities

• Vision & Roadmap: own DCoE roadmap, prioritize value realization.
• Technical Implementation: oversee data flow, integration of scanning ops with viewers and services.
• Governance: manage cross‑functional forums and SLAs with IT QA and partners.
• Operational Excellence: monitor metrics, balance schedule and budget.
• Program Scaling: guide Phase 1 pilot to high‑throughput, global rollout.
• Executive Representation: report progress to Steering Committee.
