Job summary

Roche seeks a Technical Program Expert to lead the Digitization Center of Excellence, aligning data, software, hardware and networks for seamless product delivery. You will drive the DCoE roadmap, govern cross‑functional initiatives, and oversee end‑to‑end platform integration with image viewers and data services.

You will collaborate with scientists, pathologists, regulatory, QA, and platform engineers to unlock value, improve workflows, and scale the program globally in a hybrid onsite role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/IT/IS with extensive experience in data management across collection, transformation and storage.
• Proven ability to define data flows across ecosystems and digital pathology domains.
• Strong background in integrating automated workflows and AI/Analytics pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the DCoE vision, roadmap, and value realization as Product Owner.
• Oversee integration of scanning ops with imaging viewers and data services.
• Lead governance forums and align stakeholders across Pathology, RDT, Data Science and QA.
• Establish metrics and drive continuous improvement and program scale across sites.
