Job summary

Roche in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Associate Project Leader for the Personalized HealthCare Solutions LifeCycle Team. You will lead high complexity Companion Diagnostics projects from start through Launch Decision, guiding cross-functional CDx and digital pathology activities and collaborating with pharmaceutical partners.

The role requires a scientific or engineering background, 9+ years in related work, 6+ years in medical diagnostics, and proven leadership in a global, regulated setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or related field with 9+ years of work experience.
Minimum 6 years in Medical Diagnostics and IVD assay development.
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead CDx projects from start through Launch Decision for PHCS LCT.
Coordinate with pharmaceutical partners and drive product quality, function, and schedule.
Improve CDx assay and digital pathology co-development processes.
Support potential pharma partnerships and early negotiation input.
