Job summary

Roche in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Associate Project Leader for Personalized HealthCare Solutions (PHCS). You will lead high‑complexity CDx projects from start through Launch Decision, collaborating with pharmaceutical partners, guiding teams on product quality, functionality, and schedules, and continually improving the CDx assay and digital pathology co‑development process.

You will manage cross‑functional, global teams, provide strategic insight into global markets and regulatory environments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related field; minimum 9 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 6 years in Medical Diagnostics and 6 years in IVD assay development.
• Strong leadership in global, matrix environments; ability to resolve conflicts and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional leadership to global CDx teams from Project Start through Launch Decision.
• Strategic insight into worldwide in vitro diagnostic markets and regulatory landscape.
• Drive CDx assay and digital pathology project strategy aligned with LCT objectives.
