Job Title: Digital Implementation Specialist (Digitalization of Production and Technology - Logistics Assignment)
Location: Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 Hybrid
Duration: 12 months
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay rate: $30 to $31/hour
Candidates are expected to work a hybrid schedule, generally 3-4 days in office. Comfort with low‑code tools is preferred. Digital tools will serve teams in supply chain with a focus on agriculture (seeds supply).
Education
- BS degree is a minimum.
- Certifications in digital tools and/or agile project management are preferred.
Experience
- Experience maintaining integrity, compliance and quality when delivering solutions and completing tasks.
- Experience ensuring proper data quality and structure for use by IT tools and systems.
- Experience interacting with dashboards, master data, MS Office tools including MS Excel.
- Supply chain, manufacturing and/or agricultural experience is preferred.
Knowledge / Skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously given initial direction.
- Ability to work well within diverse teams.
- Comfort troubleshooting technical software and using low‑code tools.
- Ability to learn new tools and processes on the job.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools and integrations such as: MS Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics and Power Platform.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the potential for digitalization of operations and share possibilities and potential with site leadership teams.
- Provide recommendations and priorities for implementation.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams globally to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
- Explore possible solutions and learn tools in use at the client as needed.
- Suggest best‑fit IT tools and digital solutions to improve given workflows.
- Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future rollouts.
- Deliver training materials, documentation for systems and data flows, and provide user trainings.
