Title: Digital Operations Support Analyst

Rate: $32/hr (W2 + Benefits) or $37/hr (C2C)

Duration: 12 months to start with likely extensions and potential to convert to Direct Hire

Schedule: First Shift, Flexible Hours - 40 hrs / week

Summary

We’re seeking a Digital Operations Support Analyst to join a leading global manufacturing organization’s Strategic Procurement & Planning Division. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Special Point of Contact (SPOC) for multiple procurement and supply chain applications, providing Level 2 support, resolving incidents, and assisting with new feature testing to ensure quality, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for digital applications, providing expert-level support.
• Triage and resolve incidents in ServiceNow, ensuring closure within SLA timelines.
• Maintain stakeholder communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on application changes and improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service or digital application support.
• Knowledge of Office 365, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
