Job summary

FOX Corporation seeks a Digital Yield-Entertainment Manager to monetize entertainment video inventory and Creator Content. You will drive revenue through new selling strategies, set internal sponsorship workflows with Fox Creator Studios, and collaborate with Ad Tech, Sales, and Finance.

You will create weekly yield reports, model social platform costs, and guide media plans while managing a team of yield analysts and ensuring seamless order entry across Salesforce, AOS, FreeWheel, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital yield management.
• 2+ years managing Creator Content to support sales initiatives.
• Experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (AOS), Ad Servers (FreeWheel), CRM (Salesforce), BI tools (Tableau).
• College degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute weekly yield management reports to internal teams.
• Manage Entertainment Video and Creator Content inventory STRs.
• Partner with Fox Creator Studios to establish sponsorship workflow.
• Generate automated social platform cost models and capacity projections.
• Provide media plan guidance to Sales, Client Services, and Finance for successful execution.
• Collaborate with Ad Tech to develop new products and ensure order-entry safeguards.
