Job summary

FOX is seeking a Manager on the Digital Yield-Entertainment team to support and monetize our Entertainment digital inventory. You will drive monetization strategies for Creator Content and work across Sales, Fox Creator Studios, Ad Tech, Client Services, Marketing and Finance to maximize revenue and yield.

You will create weekly yield reports, manage Creator Content inventory, develop automated cost models, and guide media planning to ensure successful executions while partnering with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital yield management.
• 2+ years managing Creator Content to support sales initiatives.
• Experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets.
• Experience as a people manager.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (AOS), Ad Servers (FreeWheel), CRM (Salesforce), BI tools (Tableau).
• College degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute weekly yield management reports.
• Manage Entertainment Video and Creator Content inventory STRs.
• Partner with Fox Creator Studios to establish sponsorship workflow.
• Generate automated social platform cost models for posts and integrations.
• Project organic views to establish monthly capacity models.
• Provide media plan guidance to ensure successful execution.
• Analyze capacity vs projections to identify opportunities or concerns.
• Seek new optimization strategies via Direct, Programmatic, and PMP deals.
• Collaborate with Programmatic team to establish floor rates.
• Review marketplace trends and provide price guidance to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue with new selling strategies.
• Educate Sales & sales support on new inventory initiatives.
• Collaborate with Ad Tech to adjust products aligning with sales initiatives.
