Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Business Analyst to support Digital Workplace initiatives that improve how technology services are delivered and experienced across the company.

The role partners with Digital Workplace teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, track metrics, and support program delivery focused on employee experience, automation, and IT operations. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, CS, or Engineering with 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or related projects.
• Experience using data analysis and reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Ability to document requirements and business processes in a clear, concise manner.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Digital Workplace initiatives and assist planning, scoping, and implementation.
• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specs.
• Analyze operational data and service metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, ESM, Field Services, DEX, and End User Computing to support objectives.
• Support process improvement and automation efforts by detailing current and future-state workflows and tracking progress.
