Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with 0–2 years of experience.
• Internships, co-ops, or projects in business analysis or digital transformation.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
• Ability to collect and document requirements and business processes.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and clear communication skills.
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, planning, and implementation of Digital Workplace initiatives and projects.
• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Analyze operational data, service metrics, and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support objectives and automation efforts.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist in testing, validation and change management activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and communications for stakeholders.
