Job summary

Moody's Investors Service offers a 10-week summer internship in Digital Workplace Services. You will support modern workplace technology development, test SharePoint Online and M365 solutions, and help build web pages, dashboards, and collaboration sites.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field.
• Completion of introductory coursework in programming and web development.
• Graduation between 2027 and 2029 and availability for summer 2027.
• Ability to work during June–August 2027 program dates.

Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, documentation, and improvement of modern workplace technology solutions.
• Assist with developing and maintaining SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions under guidance.
• Support creation of web pages, forms, dashboards, and collaboration sites.
• Help develop and test applications using modern web technologies.
• Participate in troubleshooting and document resolutions.
• Create and update technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Learn and use workplace tech, automation, reporting, device management, and AI tools.
• Collaborate with team on automation, process improvement, and research activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and present summer project findings.
