Job summary

Vizient in the United States seeks a Product Owner/Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital workplace infrastructure services that shape the employee experience. You will ensure end-user technologies, DEM data, and telemetry are used to drive improvements.

You will collaborate across infrastructure, operations, and business teams, own the backlog, define KPIs, and translate insights into features.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Product Owner/Manager required.
• Experience owning internal-facing platforms and IT service environments required.
• Experience leveraging VOC insights and telemetry data required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for digital workplace infrastructure services.
• Use DEM data to identify issues and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering and Digital Workplace leadership to deliver secure, high-performing technologies.
• Own and manage the product backlog, balancing enhancements, maintenance and innovation.
• Translate data insights into actionable features, improvements and SLAs.
• Partner with operations and service management to resolve issues affecting employee experience.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for product performance.
• Act as liaison between tech teams and business stakeholders to align priorities.
• Identify opportunities for automation, self-service and cost optimization.
