Intuitive is seeking an experienced Collaboration Solutions Analyst to join the IT Digital Workplace team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, helping teams maximize productivity and collaboration through Intuitive’s digital workplace ecosystem.

You will partner across the organization to understand needs, recommend solutions, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology-enabled outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned business functions, understanding collaboration needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify challenges and optimize workplace technologies.
• Lead end-user engagement activities: workshops, consultations, office hours, onboarding sessions, training programs.
• Translate business requirements into effective collaboration strategies with best practices.
• Develop user-focused communications and enablement materials for adoption of digital workplace tools.
• Gather feedback and usage insights to drive continuous improvement of collaboration experiences.
• Support change management initiatives for new collaboration capabilities and platform updates.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure successful implementations with strong user experience.
• Lead or support projects involving collaboration tools and workplace productivity initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning across the organization.
