Belcan is seeking an experienced enterprise applications professional to administer and enhance Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online environments. You will implement SSO, manage apps, and integrate REST APIs and Graph-based services to optimize business processes.

The role demands strong troubleshooting, detailed documentation, and cross-team collaboration. Responsibilities include building SharePoint solutions, automating workflows, and ensuring security and compliance across GCC High environments

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise application administration, engineering, or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience configuring SSO integrations with SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience supporting REST APIs, application integrations, and automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS admin, identity management, and security.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Availability to support after-hours maintenance and high-priority incidents.

• Design and Development: Build SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, dashboards.
• Automation & Optimization: Develop and maintain scripts and automated processes to improve efficiency.
• Application Administration: Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, CGS SaaS platforms.
• Application Implementation and Business Enablement: Evaluate, implement, configure new applications per requirements.
• API Integration & Connectivity: Implement and troubleshoot REST API integrations for connectivity and data exchange.
• Identity & Access Integration: Configure SSO and automated user provisioning via Entra ID.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security configurations and governance per standards (NIST, CMMC, ISO 27001).
• Operational Support & Documentation: Provide advanced troubleshooting and maintain technical docs.
