Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Digital UX Producer to lead content production and site management across our web properties. You will collaborate with UX designers and developers to optimize user flows, maintain pages in Adobe Experience Manager, and ensure accessibility and SEO alignment.

You will handle project plans, timelines, and multi-project coordination while upholding brand guidelines and cross-channel consistency across clinical and patient-facing content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in a UX or web production role or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HTML and content management systems (AEM, Drupal, WordPress).

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain content for a variety of digital properties, including clinical and patient-facing content.
• Develop, manage and implement project plans and site maps.
• Manage project workflow, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work closely with UX designers and developers on projects and maintenance of websites including accessibility best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve UX/UI to ensure excellent online experiences and support SEO.
• Understand brand as it relates to design patterns, user experience across channels and documentation within style guidelines.
