CornerStone Technology Talent Services in Irving, TX seeks an experienced Digital Transformation Manager (Digital Twin) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and enterprise adoption of a Digital Twin platform supporting a major transportation environment.

This onsite leadership role requires coordinating with technology, operations, facilities, planning, security and executive teams to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital transformation or large-scale tech initiatives.
  • 3+ years of people leadership or direct supervisory experience.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional technology projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise Digital Twin strategy and long-term technology roadmap.
  • Lead Digital Twin initiatives from concept and MVP through full enterprise deployment.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Facilities, Planning, Security, and executive leadership to identify priorities and deliver measurable business value.
  • Drive integration across enterprise technologies including GIS, BIM, IoT/OT, Building Management Systems, asset management platforms, and other operational systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to establish data governance, analytics models, and predictive insights.
  • Translate complex operational challenges into scalable technology solutions and technical requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, implementation partners, project budgets, business cases, and ROI reporting.
  • Lead organizational change management, communication, training, and user adoption efforts.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, milestones, and executive reporting while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Manager (Digital Twin) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and enterprise adoption of an innovative Digital Twin platform supporting one of the nation's largest and most complex transportation environments.

This leadership position is responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives that connect enterprise systems, operational technology, facilities, and infrastructure into a unified, real-time operational platform. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, product leadership, and enterprise program management experience to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, sustainability, safety, and customer experience.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience leading digital transformation, enterprise technology, product management, or large-scale integrated technology initiatives.
  • 3+ years of people leadership or direct supervisory experience.
  • Experience delivering complex cross-functional technology projects involving multiple business stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate operational needs into technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
